The team includes a blend of permanent staff and contractors, creating a flexible, collaborative and down-to-earth working environment, to join 3 days per week - full-time can be built. This role would suit a Speech Pathologist with 1 years of experience who is looking for a supportive but independent role, who enjoys being part of a social team. Benefits Salary between $85,000 – $110,000 super Part-time opportunity available, ideally 3 days per week to start Opportunity to build your caseload gradually Supportive senior clinicians available for regular 1:1 support Strong admin team to assist with bookings, scheduling and client management Small, social team with regular lunches and a strong community feel Varied caseload across children, young adults and some adults Predominantly clinic-based role with limited community work About the Role We are seeking a Speech Pathologist with over 1 year of experience to join a friendly and fast-paced clinic environment. The caseload is heavily paediatric, however the clinic also supports young adults, including clients transitioning out of high school, as well as a smaller number of adult clients. The clinic is looking for someone who enjoys variety and is open to working with different age groups and presentations. You will work predominantly from the clinic, with approximately 85% clinic-based work and 15% community-based appointments. Due to room availability, this role is best suited to someone who is happy to start part-time, ideally 3 days per week. The clinic has a mixed-age team, with both younger and more mature clinicians, creating a balanced and welcoming dynamic. They are looking for someone who is a team player, enjoys being part of a close-knit workplace, and is happy to get involved in the little things that make a team feel like a team, whether that is shared lunches, collaboration, or simply being present in the clinic environment.
